Downers Grove, IL (CompNewsNetwork) - Four member law firms of the National Workers' Compensation Defense Network have announced a four state workers' compensation seminar to be held January 9, 2009. Topics will address current workers' comp issues within Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin and Michigan. There is no charge for this seminar, but seating is limited.
Scheduled sessions include "Know When To Hold ‘Em and Know When To Fold ‘Em - Factors to Consider When it’s Trial V Settlement", "Medicare Reimbursement Claims – Tips for Quicker Resolution and the New Reporting Requirements", and 4 sessions each dedicated to issues within the represented states.
