The claimant education packet we sent you in the mail provides an explanation of the program’s terms and conditions including:
- Benefits of the program (automatic lien reductions and caps);
- Costs;
- Your options if you choose not to participate in the Private Lien Resolution Program; and
- Steps you must take immediately if you wish to join the Private Lien Resolution Program.
This document also explains that your final lien obligations will be paid automatically to your private health insurance provider(s) directly from your settlement.
