The Garretson Resolution Group will provide an insurance plan with claimant names and/or other claimant information only after the plan has agreed to the Private Lien Resolution Program's terms and conditions. If the insurance provider is taking part in the program, we will get the plan’s records for the medical payments it claims were linked to treatment of your injury.
