No – you do not have to send money to the Garretson Resolution Group. At the time you receive your settlement payment one of two things will happen:
- Your final lien obligation amount and both GRG’s administrative and resolution fees will be held back; OR
- If your lien is still being reviewed, a maximum lien amount and GRG’s fees will be held back while we finalize the precise amount of your lien obligation.
